Chef Katie Fisco is taking over the Ephemera kitchen for a culinary journey exploring the diversity and regionality of the Philippines October 8th.
Baon, meaning "Food for the journey" is an eclectic offering of 5 courses and pairings. This menu shares Filipino comfort food classics and elevated childhood memories for Chef Fisco. Her special menu shares the variety of cultural influences that make up the beauty of Filipino food from Indian Yellow Adobo to Portuguese Pandesal.
