About PACCSoCo

Our Mission

To create an environment where businesses can thrive and grow by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.

Building PACCSoCo

PACCSOCO was started under the guidance of our founding President, Harmony Cabie-Quinto. She has been a stalwart of the Filipino American Colorado Springs community for many years and currently serves as the Vice-President of the non-profit Filipino American Community of Southern Colorado (FACSC) as well as one of the active administrators of the Tindahang Filipino sa Colorado (TFC), a group of over 4,000 vendors and consumers in the state. Given her roles within FACSC and TFC, she identified a need for not just as a cultural organization in the service of the Filipino, but more importantly, an organization that empowers both the multiple Filipino businesses and professionals in the community. Thus, PACCSOCO was born.

PACCSoCo Today

PACCSOCO currently assists local Filipino-owned businesses by providing multiple opportunities for them to reach their customers through regular vendor events. In addition, PACCSOCO also supports local Filipino-owned businesses in achieving the requirements needed for them to be able to maintain their compliant and legal status within the community. In terms of Filipino professionals, PACCSOCO provides educational seminars to empower individuals and help them achieve financial stability. It also provides a safe haven and support network for newly transferred Filipinos into the Southern Colorado community.

PACCSoCo of the Future

PACCSOCO envisions to expand the aid it currently provides Filipino professionals and Filipino-owned businesses through magnifying PACCSOCO’s influence within the community through making connections and networks with the decision-makers within Southern Colorado. We want to make sure that Filipinos here in Colorado ‘make it happen, make us matter’ #MIHMUM
